Three times a week a go to the gym and have a strength workout.
I follow the Strong lifts program with 5x5 reps/sets on all exercises. This includes Squats, Bench press, Deadlift, Barebell row and Overhead press. I had to drop the squats because of a leg injury last week.
To the point, I started with something called "Dynamic warmup" this day. It consists of differnt stretching exercises to acchive better mobility.
